5 EASY steps to overcome sadness!

Hello beautiful people out there! ❤ hope y’all doing great 💯✌☺So our today’s topic is one of my favorites. Because i feel some sort of connection with it. When i needed these advices there was no one to tell me what to do with the situation therefore now i don’t want anyone to feel the same way as i felt in past days. So I’m gonna share some easy and good ways to overcome sadness.

Let’s get started!!❤First of all we need to get very clear about what sadness means to you. Sometimes sadness is not being able to express yourself, sometimes sadness is all about expressing yourself to the world..Depends on the circumstance always.

There is a thin line between” SADNESS ” & ” DEPRESSION “.

Sadness doesn’t last for so long.. But depression does..

WAYS TO OVERCOME SADNESS:

1. KNOW THE REASON BEHIND SADNESS.

Yes.. Try to figure it out. Try to know the reason behind the sadness because once you’ll find the cause you’ll surely find the cure too.

2. ASK YOURSELF ” IS IT LOGICAL”?

Because I’ve seen a lot of people stressing themselves out upon small illogical issues. It’s not always sadness when you feel bad.. Sometimes it’s just a sign that your body need some rest. So if there is no logical reason behind it..then you probably need some rest.

3. ASK YOURSELF “CAN I DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT”?

YES! be clear with yourself don’t lie, don’t pretend! Ask your mind if you can do anything about your problem. If the answer is YES then you no longer have to be worried about it because now you have a solution. And if the answer is NO then again Don’t worry about it because the situation is out of your hands.. Better pray to lord.

4. SELF TALK

Talk to yourself everyday even if you are not sad. It’s helpful in building self confidence..which is essential for building a powerful personality. Talk to yourself with positivity, remind yourself who you are. Here don’t lie, don’t pretend i repeat.

5. STOP EXPECTING START ACCEPTING.

Don’t ever expect anything from anyone it would be the best thing that you could do for your mental peace. Accept everything, don’t argue over small issues. Don’t waste your energies on negativity.
