Hey Beautiful people! So once again I’m back with a helpful blog. Let’s get started!
In this world, every single person is worried about something or someone and that’s so natural. Even sometimes it happens with me too. Therefore I’m writing this blog at 2am.. I don’t know who need to read this but I’m sure that i should write something like this to help someone out.
1. Don’t think about the problem, think about the solution.
Don’t ever get yourself too focused on the problem for so long. It wouldn’t help you at all, it’ll just give you anxiety in bulk. Always think about how i can solve this problem.

2. Listen to some good MUSIC.
Because music is the best medicine of all the time. So for sometime just forget about the problem and listen to music, relax your brain muscles.

3. Talk to yourself.
The best person who understands you is YOU.. So always make some time to spend with yourself too.. To know yourself a bit more clearly. Also it has a positive impact on your personality.
I believe that words are strong, that they can overwhelm what we fear when fear seems more awful than life is good.
4. Feel it once then let it go.
The more you’ll try to forget something or someone the more you’ll find yourself attracted to that thing. Therefore feel it and then let it go. You’ll be relaxed then.
The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart.
You don’t have to be a great writer to express yourself. Just write down what you feel in a poetic way (only if you want to). Don’t force yourself to be poetic. Otherwise you’ll be messed up over here too.
You can always edit a bad page. You can’t edit a blank page.”

Dance can help you tremendously. Because it takes a lot ot energy, so when you’ll get tired of expression your emotions through dance your body will require some sleep and that sleep will help you to be relaxed.

But don’t overeat. Don’t eat unhealthy. Eat what suits to your body. Eat something nutritious. Eating will lift your mood a bit up!
The best way to feel relaxed is to do yoga. Stretch your body a little and inhale some fresh air you’ll be super relaxed.

10. Look at your achievements.
Take a look back to what you’ve achieved, you’ll surly feel proud of yourself and this feeling of proud is always heavier than anxiety. Remind yourself that you are STRONG.
Give your precious 10 minutes to any of these activities.. You’ll feel relaxed.
