Our today’s topic is emotions. So without wasting a single second let’s get started!❤

Being emotional is good but being too much emotional can be bad for your mental health. Because when we get attached to something or someone we build an emotional relationship with it, And because of that emotional relationship sometimes we suffer a lot. where this suffering comes from?
From Your own expectation. And it’s so natural because when we give our 100 percent to anybody or any relationship we tend to expect at least 80 percent in return. But when we don’t get our expected results we easily get upset and that’s how the suffering begins.
There are 2 ways to end this suffering game:
1. Accept it / 2. Change it
First one is to accept that the other one or the world will just give 10 percent in return of your 100 percent. So stop giving your 100 to the people who are not willing to give you even 10 percent.
Second one is to change the game. Let me tell you how.
1. Don’t argue
Yes.. Don’t waste your energy anymore on the people who don’t even care that you even exist in this world. Don’t agrue on stupid issues try to save your energy as much as you can. Avoiding drama would be the best way.
2. Focus on yourself a bit more
Yes.. Focus on yourself it’ll pay off one day. Stop spending your entire day just thinking about those “what if” & “if i could” Etc. Do what is necessary for your growth. Stop watching TV shows on repeat, It just time consuming. Do what makes you happy. Do what makes you smile.
3. Listen but don’t react
Always listen to what they have to say but don’t react unless it’s Nessesary, And protect your peace.
4. Don’t EXPECT
DON’T EVER! because expectations gives you a lot of disappointments.
5. Stop being emotionally attached easily
You never know who’s playing with you and who’s praying for you. Therefore never get attached too easily because these attachments becomes the reason of suffering.
6. Don’t ask for their opinion
Once you realize how toxic they actually are to you should just cut off yourself from them completely. And don’t ever ask for their opinion about you and your life.
7. Say exactly what you feel like
Yes. Say exactly what you have inside your heart or brain. Don’t sugar coat anything! Say exactly what you feel like because sometimes we give other people some fasle hopes by sugar coating our words, and eventually these people becomes the cause of your suffering.
